Conditions we treat

Here’s what we often see

Every pregnancy is different — but some patterns show up time and again. These are just a few of the everyday concerns women come to us with during pregnancy and early motherhood.

I’m in my third trimester and struggling to get comfortable at night.
After giving birth, I feel like my core is completely disconnected.
I had a C-section and still feel tender and stiff around the scar.
Feeding the baby is flaring up pain in my upper back and neck.
My pelvis feels unstable and sore when walking or lifting.
I just want to feel more supported through this transition.
Frequently asked questions

Got questions? You’re not alone

Here are some common questions we get from pregnant and postnatal clients — answered simply and clearly.

Yes — we adapt our techniques depending on where you’re at and how you’re feeling.

Nope. You’re welcome to book in directly, though we’re happy to work with your care team if needed.

We consider the impact of birth, sleep deprivation, and daily demands when planning care — especially if you’re feeding, lifting, and on the go all day.

Absolutely — many parents do. We make space for whatever you need.

It can support pelvic alignment and tissue healing, and we’ll refer you to a pelvic floor physio if needed.

That’s entirely up to you — some come in within the first few weeks, others wait a little longer. We’ll work with where you’re at.
