Pilates at Ferguson Street Osteopathy

Pilates is more than just exercise – it’s a way to build strength, improve posture, and support recovery. At Ferguson Street Osteopathy, we offer both group mat Pilates and one-on-one clinical Pilates, so you can choose the option that suits your needs.

Pilates can be helpful in many ways

  • Build strength, flexibility, and balance
  • Support your posture and pelvic floor
  • Ease back into exercise after pain or injury
  • Manage chronic conditions with safe, guided movement
  • Complement your osteopathy treatment with active rehab

Interested? Group mat Pilates sessions run on Tuesdays at 4pm and 5pm, and Fridays at 11.30am. Mats are provided, and you can book casually or by the term. For one-on-one clinical Pilates, please get in touch.

Conditions we treat

Not sure what kind of care you need?

We get it — not everyone lands neatly in a category. Here are a few real-life scenarios we often see in clinic, to help you figure out where to start.

My baby only sleeps if I hold them — and feeding’s been a struggle.
I’ve had this dull ache in my lower back for months. It’s not terrible — just persistent.
I’m in my third trimester and starting to feel it in my hips and lower back.
I sit at a desk all day and my shoulders and neck are constantly tight.
I’m trying to stay active but keep running into the same old injuries.
